Tony Mosely has over thirty years of experience as a restaurateur having run a number of establishments in the Cambridge and Essex areas.  His aim is to provide the very best in quality and in friendly welcoming service in a traditional British pub environment. 

 

Together with his partner, Helen, Tony took over the ownership of The Plough in late 2009 in a bid to return it to its former landmark status: a haven for lovers of good food, fine ales and the congenial pub spirit, set in the beautiful surroundings of a typical Essex village.
